Our family spirit is more than just a word; we live it.Your tasks» You develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals in France» You build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors » You lead and mentor a team of sales managers, technical specialists and support staff to drive performance and exceed customer expectations » You identitfy market trends and growth opportunities to develop business any futher » You collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives » You drive marketing and promotional activities forward to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement Your profile» Proven track record of success in animal feed sales, marketing, or management roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience» Deep understanding of the animal feed industry in France, including market dynamics, customer needs and competitive landscape » Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams for achieve results » Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills » Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities and develop effective solutions » Fluent in French, written and verbal; good knowledge in English » Preferablly located in the north or west of France What you can expect» Technical, product and field training in Germany» Fixed salary + performance-based bonus » Mobile phone, tablet and laptop » Additional insurance for international travel » Company car, also for private use For us, it is important that we fit together.
